These tracks have made several appearances this year on various podcasts. One of the versions has been published on Soundcloud with artwork created by a neural network, which is added as a bonus item.
Technically, the music is an all-out hardware extravaganza, combining sequential and dub elements with both analog and digital sources. The main difference between the versions is the hihat programming, which, in a subtle way, dictates the density of the music.

One year since the last Ohrwert release, a new Reduct has been long overdue. “Roozendaal” was originally composed around a short field recording taken in the heathlands near Roozendaal, but the actual field recording did not make the final cut. However, the original version is added as a bonus track. “C/2020 F3” was inspired by the comet “Neowise” that passed Earth last year and was visible to the naked eye for a few weeks. A photograph of the comet, taken right outside the studio, is added as a bonus item.
For the Hungarian label Negyednégy, I have recorded a podcast containing a selection of tracks I have produced or remixed in the past decade, most of which have been released, some of them not.

For the sixteenth Reduct, I have selected two tracks which maintain the tempo acceleration of the fifteenth Reduct. “Levis” and “Levo” have an airy feel to them due to their melodic structures, but are grounded by solid bass lines.
“Pictures From Life” is a various artists compilation, curated and released by spclnch, including tracks from Upwellings, Schulz Audio, Basicnoise, Heavenchord, and myself.
“Life is nothing but illustrated collection of stories that naturally updates itself. Often it happens quietly and only some time after it can be found that compilation has become thicker and brighter. “

Tempo is the theme for the fifteenth Reduct, as the doublet track titles suggest. Though the tempo is not much higher than my usual work, it is enough to change the music to an upbeat vibe whilst still being dub at its core.
